Job Description

Our client is a global MNC, one of the most established pioneers in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Service Officer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for customers who require technical assistance on phone, email, ecommerce, social media
  • Assist the customer in articulating their requirements via carefully designed questions
  • Accurately identify the issue encountered by the customer to provide the right support
  • Understand the necessary skills and abilities to resolve customer's issues
  • Coordinate with internal support teams to help resolve customers concerns
  • Follow-up and update customer details
  • Passing on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the respective internal teams
  • Preparation of simple monthly reports for feedback to supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Min 2 years experience in customer service or customer support
  • Proficient in MS Office
