Job Summary

To support the smooth daily operations of ASPRI's Workers Credentialing System (WCS) by providing timely and accurate assistance to member companies, ensuring high standards of data integrity, and supporting compliance-related administrative processes.

The role serves as the primary front-line support for member enquiries and plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of information within the WCS.

Job Responsibilities

1.Member Support & Enquiry Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for member enquiries related to WCS via phone and email.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses to member queries, particularly on training records, system status, and submission matters.
  • Manage and track member cases, issues, and appeals to resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and system vendors to resolve technical or data-related issues efficiently.
  • Prepare standard response templates, FAQs, and guidance materials for members.

2. System Operations & Data Administration

  • Support monthly data processing and administrative requirements for WCS.
  • Verify and ensure the accuracy and completeness of information submitted within the system.
  • Assist in validating data prior to submissions and updates.
  • Track, document, and follow up on data corrections and system issues.
  • Maintain proper records of system updates, changes and communications.
  • Ad-hoc business requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Singapore Citizen / SPR only
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and consistency in work.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable handling high volume of administrative processes (including but not limited to calls, email correspondences, administrative works), documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Able to manage multiple enquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, system administration or compliance support will be an advantage.
  • This is a one year contract role.
