Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Customer Service Officer to support our warehouse operations at Tuas.

He/She will be responsible for bridging the gap between physical inventory management and administrative documentation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Attend and address customer inquiries promptly via phone and email.
  • Order Management: Process work orders and handle full-cycle billing and invoicing.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct periodic physical cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
  • Inbound/Outbound: Verify goods receiving and ensure the accurate release of outgoing inventories against documentation.
  • General Support: Maintain organized records and assist in administrative multitasking.

Requirements

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.

Communication: Good interpersonal skills and a proven team player.

Physicality: Medically fit to perform physical stock checks in a warehouse environment.

Experience: Prior experience in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
