Duties
Responsible for handling customer inquiries via email and phone during night hours, as well as assisting drivers with any ad hoc issues encountered on the road. The role also includes maintaining records of all customer interactions. We are looking for a disciplined individual to handle this position, which is a work-from-home role.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers inquiries via email, phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Works cross functionally with other departments to ensure business needs are addressed and customers satisfaction achieved
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc)
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
