About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for users of our AI mobile applications. Your primary responsibility is to manage user feedback, resolve inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups that reflect our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming user feedback and inquiries via email, chat, and app-based channels
  • Provide prompt, professional, and user-friendly responses to technical and general questions
  • Track and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure closure and user satisfaction
  • Collaborate with product and developer teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions and feedback trends
  • Contribute to the development of FAQs, help guides, and support documentation
  • Continuously improve service quality by identifying recurring issues and proposing solutions

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or user support, preferably in tech or mobile applications. Applicants without prior experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong command of English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Patient, professional, and empathetic approach to user interactions
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain app functionalities
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and support platforms is a plus
