Customer Service Officer

Location: Woodland
Working Hours: Mon-Fri

Job Requirements:

. Diploma in relevant discipline.

. Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant experience.

. Resourceful individual and a good team player.

. Positive and willing to learn, able to work independently with minimum supervision.

. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, need to communicate with Chinese speaking clients

. Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

Job Specifications:

. Support Marketing and Sales teams in all marketing and customer support activities.

. In charge of order processing from order entry until shipment.

. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time delivery.

. Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply with import and export regulations.

. Attend to queries relating to shipping documents.

. Assist in developing, maintaining, enhancing existing customer relationship and handle customers complaints
