Job Descriptions:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience across all service touchpoints.

This role involves managing inbound and outbound communications, coordinating service appointments, and supporting operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

  • Greet and engage every customer in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Serve as the first point of telephone contact for customer support requests.
  • Accurately collect and update customer personal details, vehicle registration, and ownership information raise change management forms as needed.
  • Verify support agreement and warranty validity according to local guidelines.
  • Log all customer interactions, including compliments and complaints, in the CRM system.
  • Ensure complete and accurate data entry in CRM and schedule appointments across all service centres.
  • Offer mobility services to customers during booking.
  • Screen technical calls and assign them to the correct Customer Service Advisor (CSA) and payment method.
  • Optimize workshop capacity by efficiently assigning vehicles to service centres.
  • Provide customers with a call reference number and set clear expectations for next steps.
  • Offer general advice to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support special product campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate airport service, pickup, and delivery for customers.
  • Schedule appointments for professional car care services.
  • Monitor daily service levels, customer waiting times, and non-verbal cues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Hand over vehicles to customers with a basic explanation of completed work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O level with at least 2 years of experience in the customer service industry.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive service mindset.
