Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone call, emails, faxes, etc)
Liaise, acknowledge and solve customer requests or complaints within stipulated timeline
Liase with local and overseas suppliers to check stock availabilty, pricing and delivery deadlines
Liaise with procurement department for enquiry, order, shipments, etc
Liaise with shipping department for import and export shipments
Liase with warehouse department to prepare shipments
Perform daily tasks include preparing quotations, processing orders, backorder tracking, quotation tracking, preparing invoices and other necessary paper work
Follow-up on quotations, payments
Prepare contract review, tender files and tender documents
Understand company's product range in general
Ad-hoc responsibilities by management
Job Requirements
At least GCE O Levels or equivalent
At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales
Experience in handling overseas suppliers/customers
Customer service oriented and have a great sense of urgency
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
Able to work independently and in a team
Good communication skills
Meticulous in work and able to do general calculations
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), and MS Powerpoint
