  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone call, emails, faxes, etc)
  • Liaise, acknowledge and solve customer requests or complaints within stipulated timeline
  • Liase with local and overseas suppliers to check stock availabilty, pricing and delivery deadlines
  • Liaise with procurement department for enquiry, order, shipments, etc
  • Liaise with shipping department for import and export shipments
  • Liase with warehouse department to prepare shipments
  • Perform daily tasks include preparing quotations, processing orders, backorder tracking, quotation tracking, preparing invoices and other necessary paper work
  • Follow-up on quotations, payments
  • Prepare contract review, tender files and tender documents
  • Understand company's product range in general
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities by management

Job Requirements

  • At least GCE O Levels or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales
  • Experience in handling overseas suppliers/customers
  • Customer service oriented and have a great sense of urgency
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous in work and able to do general calculations
  • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), and MS Powerpoint
