Manage end-to-end import, export, and transshipment operations for NVOCC shipments. Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, and internal teams on bookings and cargo movements.
Monitor vessel schedules, transshipment connections, and cargo status proactively follow up on rollovers, delays, and amendments.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, port authority requirements, and carrier/NVOCC SOPs.
Handle DG and transshipment routing requirements in accordance with regulations.
Provide timely shipment updates, exception handling, and service recovery to customers.
Coordinate billing matters, including freight charges, cost verification, and dispute follow-ups..
Maintain accurate shipment records in operational systems and support process and service improvements.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
At least 4 years of relevant shipping or logistics experience..
Familiarity with import/export procedures, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
Knowledge of Singapore customs regulations and permit declarations is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments concurrently.
Detail-oriented with good organisational and follow-up skills.
