CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Job Description

• Order taking and processing of Wet Market, Supermarket and/or Food Service customers orders
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback
• Customer Account servicing
• Update pricing and allocation of stock in ERP system

Job Requirements

• Min O Level with 2 years similar experience
• Meticulous and organised individual
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Mandarin language essential due to product (pork) and customer base.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Microsoft Dynamic (Navision) knowledge will be an advantage
• Able to work on Saturdays (Public Holidays if necessary)
• Alternate Saturdays (9.00am to 6.00pm)
