As the first point of contact, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for guests while supporting front desk operations, guest enquiries, event coordination, and daily operations. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome guests and providing a professional front desk service.
- Handle enquiries, bookings, check-ins, equipment rentals, and provide information on services, promotions, and events.
- Assist with quotations, event coordinating, and administrative support.
- Support daily operations and administrative a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, escalating matters to management when required.
- Promote membership packages, programs, and other services where appropriate.
- Coordinate closely with operations, F&B, coaching, and events teamsto ensure seamless guest experiences.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality, tourism, business or a related field.
- Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in customer service, front‑desk, hospitality, sports, or recreational environments is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and guest‑oriented attitude.
- Able to multitask, solve problem independently, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and booking systems.
- Interest in golf or sports is an advantage.
