About The Role
We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer (Retail / Shopping Mall). In this role, you will be the key point of contact for shoppers and tenants, ensuring a pleasant and seamless mall experience
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the Customer Service / Information Counter as the first point of contact
- Attend to shoppers and tenants enquiries, requests, and feedback
- Assist in mall promotions, events, and campaigns
- Handle voucher sales and redemptions
- Support Loyalty Programme enquiries and redemptions
- Support the upkeep and presentation of the mall
- Maintain high service standards and perform administrative duties
We're Looking For Someone Who's
- Able to work on a 6-day rotating shift, including weekends and Public Holidays
- Minimum 1 years of experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge services
- Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
