Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end customers as per product requirements & regulatory guidelines including Non-Resident Account customers of the Bank
  • Handling walk-in customers at the branch counter and visit customers office/residence for collecting documents
  • Resolve Client queries and servicing requests within turn around time
  • Understanding and adhering to compliance framework set out for day to day activities
  • Participate in customer engagement & field events organized by the branch to educate customers about Branch's products and services

Requirements:

  • Experience in banking or similar field is a plus
  • Able to present and speak well with good communication skills and customer-facing & service orientation
  • Team player, meticulous and analytical
