Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to corporate clients by managing their orders and requests from start to finish.
- Address customer inquiries in a timely manner, covering areas such as quotations, service assistance, and documentation needs.
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations to clients, ensuring quick turnaround times.
- Generate and submit necessary documents required by clients, tailored to their internal management systems.
- Regularly update clients on the status of their orders and provide shipping schedule information.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of spare parts price lists for client reference.
- Coordinate with customers, forwarding agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely shipment execution.
- Assist customers with customs-related inquiries by providing required documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to address customer concerns and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of customer service and shipping experience
- Customer-focused with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks or projects with short timelines is a plus.
