Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Customer Service Officer will mainly support all campaigns focusing on the new audience segment of group buy projects and to build a community within the audience segment. The project aims to provide necessary appliances for a house based on the house type, owners needs and product price range.

KEY RESONSIBILITIES

  • Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign

  • Development of key marketing messages and integrated plans, content and creative works for B2C lead generation campaigns

  • Support the development of collaterals to promote and sell our products, handle requests and enquiries on promos, assist in creating a special bundle package for different segment of customers

  • Set up and manage the telegram community for Group Buy and ID Projects

  • Planning of community engagement events

  • Conduct canvassing call to generate leads

  • Research and develop competitor analysis

  • Generate report and evaluate campaign performance

  • Develop and sustain strong working relationship with all stakeholders, both internal business units and external vendor & agencies

  • Monitoring and reply to enquiries and feedback on social and communication platforms (ie, FB, IG, Whatsapp, Telegram, Email, Google Review)

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing activities

  • Good working knowledge of social media platforms

  • Experience in planning and organizing physical events

  • Highly organized and able to perform under pressure

  • Able to effectively implement creative ideas and solutions, multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal and good verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident, driven and dynamic, the candidate needs to work well as a team player, and to work independently when required

Note:

Working hours:

- Mon, Thurs, Fri, (full day in AMK office)

- Sat & Sun (full day in Sungei Kaduk Megastore Gain City)

- Off day on Tues & Wed

- then PH sometimes also need to work (off in lieu will be given if required to work)
