Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Officer (Main Lobby):
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle membership enquiries via phone calls and emails on a daily basis.
- Input and maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, account status, member particulars, and service requests in the CMS system.
- Follow up on and collect membership entrance fees from new applicants and renewals including calling prospective members to close sales and reminding expiring members to renew.
- Process new membership applications and renewals, including preparing membership packages upon receipt of entrance fee payment.
- Manage applications for suspension of membership due to medical reasons, overseas postings, or studies.
- Handle security deposit refunds and account balance credits for members upon expiry or resignation.
- Stand in and perform duties at the Membership Centre as required.
- Support ad-hoc assignments or projects such as membership recruitment drives, open house events, and other initiatives assigned by the HOD or supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Administrative, or Membership Services roles.
- Service-oriented and people-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to work in a country club environment.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2,200 +AWS +VB (1 Month)
- Working Location: Upper Changi
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 8:00am - 5.15pm / 8:30am - 5.45pm
- Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
