Attend to customer enquiries via email and internal systems (non-call centre role)
Process and print delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents
Check and update stock availability in the system
Coordinate with warehouse team on order fulfilment and shipment status
Monitor delivery schedules and update customers accordingly
Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory movements
Assist with basic administrative duties as assigned
Comfortable working in a warehouse/logistics environment
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Detail-oriented and organised
Able to work independently and communicate clearly via email
