Specific Responsibilities:
. Oversee the day-to-day management of all aspects of customer service. . Support sales and operation team to execute daily activities and meet objectives associated with all tasks assigned. . Promote excellent customer service and ensure consistent customer satisfaction. . Manage/Resolve service complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner . Perform billing tasks, including invoicing and inventory managing. . Liaise with suppliers and transport partners for smooth flow of goods . Handle escalations related to stock discrepancies, delays, or damages . Process and monitor customer orders through WMS and coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure accurate and timely dispatch. . Process customer orders, returns and exchanges. . Identify and facilitate with superior in work process improvement . Coordinate with delivery team and partners to ensure that all scheduled deliveries are fulfilled on time. . Ensure all activities comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
Job Specifications/Requirements:
. Higher NITEC or Diploma/Degree or its equivalent. . Good understanding of customer account management. . Friendly, service-oriented, and customer-focused attitude. . Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook,Powerpoint) . A reliable and collaborative team player . Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. . Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience. . Familiar with WMS is an added advantage . Good attendance and punctuality.
