Job Description

Customer Service Executive

  • 5 Days | 2 weekdays off (Retail hours include weekend)
  • Basic $2000 + Performance Incentives, Gross up to $3000
  • Address: Beauty World

Requirements

  • Comfortable working weekends and retail hours
  • Interest in music or education is a bonus

You will work closely with the Centre Manager to run daily operations, support sales, and ensure smooth customer experience.

This is a hands-on role with real growth potential.

Sales & Customer Support

  • Follow up on enquiries (WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins)
  • Support trial bookings and student enrolments
  • Assist in promoting lessons, instruments, and programmes
  • Build relationships with parents and students

Operations & Administration

  • Assist in scheduling lessons and managing student records
  • Ensure attendance tracking and smooth daily operations
  • Support billing, payments, and basic admin tasks
  • Help maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the centre

Team & Centre Support

  • Assist Centre Manager in executing daily tasks and targets
  • Coordinate with teachers on schedules and updates
