Key Responsibilities:
- Manage appointment scheduling, including confirmations, rescheduling, and reminders, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Engage proactively with clients to recommend, promote, and sell appropriate scalp, hair, and lifestyle products.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle payment transactions accurately.
- Provide prompt and professional resolution to client feedback or concerns.
- Work closely with the team - stylists, hair assistants, and support staff - to ensure seamless service and efficient salon operations.

- Previous experience in retail, luxury service, or client advisory roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
