Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer sales orders (quotations and customers purchase orders) with verifications and follow up with customers in case of discrepancies.
  • Ensure business transaction closure from sales order through issuance of delivery note to invoicing and payment
  • Handling some PO process to Supplier
  • Handle RMA & loan process
  • Manage administration (Reports, Filing and documentations)
  • Manage freight arrangement for local and export shipments
  • Assist the sales team in daily administrative work, in handling and processing customers enquiries
  • Monitor packaging, unpacking and delivery activities at warehouse
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties and tasks as and when required

Requirements

  • At least 2 years working experiences as a Sales Administrator.
  • Possess good customer handling skills with a positive mindset
  • Experience in SAP system- Netsuite is preferred
  • Meticulous and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to learn and adapt very quickly
  • Knowledge of shipping terms will have added advantage
  • Able to read and write Chinese, as candidate will have to liaise with Counter-part office in Taiwan / China
