Job Description

. Attend to walk-in or phone in customers enquires

. To listen and understand the customer description of fault on their device and to Book-in or process customers collection

. Provide basic QC check (using system or manual testing) to ensure repaired device is in working condition before returning to customer.

. Provide product support to customers

. Guide customers on data transferring

. Ensure all forms are duly filled & signed by customers before booking in device for repair or for collection

. Ensure service counter & reception area are neat and tidy daily at all time
