. Provide customer support across multiple channels, including reception, inbound calls, and digital portals
. Handle enquiries, complaints, and feedback from customers and advisors
. Assist in managing escalated cases from new team members or outsourced contact centres
. Conduct outgoing calls to follow up with existing customers or contact new customers
. Deliver consistent customer experience in line with service standards and quality objectives
. Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or team leads
