Job Description

Customer Service Officer (Contract role, yearly renew)

  • Working Day: 5-6-5-6 work weeks (follow roster)
  • Working Hours: 8am to 5pm
  • Location: Geylang Bahru
  • Salary: Basic $2500 - $3000

Job Description:

  • Handles phone-manning
  • Data entries and record keeping
  • Provide best solution or alternative to complaints
  • Work closely with operations department
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Possesses IT knowledge
  • Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
