Duties:
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Process customer transactions and update records accurately.
- Follow up on customer cases and escalate issues when required.
- Perform basic administrative and data entry duties.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Prior Customer service or other customer-facing experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
