Customer Service Officer (Freight Forwarding)

Basic information:

• Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM

• Location: Bukit Merah

• Bonus provided

Job Description:

• Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, co-loaders, and overseas agents on shipment arrangements.

• Handle import, export, cross-trade shipments, permits, and related shipping documentation.

• Process customs declarations using Singapore Customs TradeNet/TradePalette.

• Respond to customer enquiries and incoming calls promptly and professionally.

• Support ad hoc operational duties and administrative tasks as assigned.

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations.
