Job Description

  • In Charge of Import/Export Documentation & Procesing
  • Shipping documentation (Import/LC/ documentation/ Bill of Lading )
  • Provide customer support for shipments and send pre-alerts and invoicing. Provide after-sales support and following up with client till the whole transaction is completed.
  • Handling customer enquiries or complaints
  • Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders / warehouse accurately and on a timely basis
  • Liaise with agents and shipping companies on cargo status.
  • Knowledge in LCL Cargo Consolidation.
  • Other ad-hoc duties if required

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N or O level
  • Responsible, positive attitude, be able to work independently and as a team player
  • Preferably with Logistics/ Shipping / Freight Forwarding Experience
