This is a 12 months contract assigned to our client
Work Location: near Commonwealth MRT
Salary Range : $2,500-$3,000
Work Timing
1. Rotating Shift time - 8am-8pm
2. Mon - Sun (including public holiday)
3. 44 hours per week (8 or 9 hours shift including PH)
4. 5 days work
Only Singaporeans will be considered due to high level of security clearance required
Job Description
Customer Satisfaction
1. Provide support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries
raised via email.
2. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a
timely manner.
3. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
4. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
5. Work closely with the Helpdesk Lead and assist with other admin tasks as and when required.
Education
1. Education background: Minimum O Level and above
2. O Level English
3. Preferred Mandarin Speaking to handle Chinese Speaking Clients
