We are hiring for two levels within the Airfreight Customer Service team:
Customer Service Officer - suitable for candidates with basic airfreight exposure or those looking to grow in forwarding operations
Customer Service Executive - suitable for experienced professionals who can manage shipments independently and support junior team members
Both roles are hands-on, customer-facing, and involve close coordination with airlines, customs, and internal operations teams.
. Handle end-to-end airfreight import and export shipments, including booking, documentation, coordination, billing, and job closure
. Act as a point of contact for customers, providing shipment updates and responding to enquiries
. Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking partners, and customs authorities
. Monitor shipment progress to ensure compliance with service standards and timelines
. Resolve operational issues and escalate complex cases when required
. Maintain accurate shipment records, reports, and documentation
. Support internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Additional scope for Customer Service Executive:
. Take ownership of more complex or urgent shipments
. Support and guide Customer Service Officers on procedures and workflows
. Assist in process improvement and service quality initiatives
. Experience in airfreight forwarding customer service or operations
. Experience with CargoWise system is an advantage
