Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls, emails and service cases regarding policy enquiries and requests from customers and advisors.
- Assist customers in navigating and using the Company's online portal and mobile app.
- Follow through on service requests, feedback and complaints to ensure timely and satisfactory closure.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Support the team in administrative duties, departmental workflows and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma qualification.
- Able to commit 5 days a week
