Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls, emails and service cases regarding policy enquiries and requests from customers and advisors.
  • Assist customers in navigating and using the Company's online portal and mobile app.
  • Follow through on service requests, feedback and complaints to ensure timely and satisfactory closure.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, guidelines, and industry regulations.
  • Support the team in administrative duties, departmental workflows and documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma qualification.
  • Able to commit 5 days a week
