Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally.
- Assist customers with account matters, service requests, and general information.
- Process applications, forms, and documents accurately.
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Update records, maintain databases, and prepare simple reports.
- Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth service operations.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma qualification.
- Able to commit 5.5 days a week
