Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and/ or email related to AV
  • Process AV bookings as required
  • Attend to customer service feedback, complaint and lost & found matters
  • Maintain customer records via data entry
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned


Job Requirements

  • GCE O Level / Diploma in any discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Possess good interpersonal and hearing skills
  • Has experience in operational environment
  • Good customer service skills
  • Able to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
