Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to walk in customers and attend to their inquiries including phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Attend to their enquiries on product warranty and repairs issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Update customers on the repair status of the faulty products
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Nitec or GCE O/ N Level
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar environment or call center role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer concerns
