Job Description

  • Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional customer service
  • Handle customer enquiries and banking transactions accurately
  • Support customers on account-related services and banking products
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and branch support
  • Assist customers with digital banking platforms and self-service channels
  • Promote and introduce suitable banking products and services
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate matters when required
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and operational procedures
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Deliver excellent service standards and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Customer service experience in banking or call centre environment will be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling both face-to-face and phone enquiries
