Requirements

• Min a Diploma in Business or relevant
• At least 1 year experience providing backend Customer Service functions (Call Centre / Email)
• Strong communication skill
• Willing to work in a fast pace environment
• Confident, willing to learn and perseverance.
• Independent and team player
