Job Description

  • The Customer Service Officer handles front desk duties like answering calls, assisting walk-in customers, and guiding them through car auctions. They also manage paperwork, act as a bridge between customers and dealers, and need good communication skills. No prior automotive experience is necessary, as on-the-job training is provided for those eager to learn.

Job Description:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with follow-ups
  • Assist customers and dealers in vehicle transactions
  • Ensure smooth payment and vehicle collection processes
  • Handle paperwork and other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirement:

  • Nitec or Diploma holders are welcome.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player but also able to work independently.
