Main Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers upon arrival and ensure a smooth departure process, including check-in and handling various flight and customer requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service in exclusive premier lounges, ensuring passengers enjoy maximum comfort while relaxing and unwinding before their flights.
- Welcome and assist guests through meet-and-greet services at the reception area, proactively attending to their needs and ensuring a pleasant and seamless lounge experience.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including those with reduced mobility, non-English-speaking passengers, and unaccompanied minors, ensuring their safety, comfort, and smooth travel experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification.
- No prior experience required comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Pleasant personality with a cheerful disposition and strong interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented, dynamic, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and committed to service excellence.
- Basic computer literacy with the ability to perform routine computer transactions.
