Customer Service Officer (Air Freight Forwarding)

. Quote and propose air freight solutions to customers

. Coordinate with airlines on rates and bookings

. Liaise with customers on export shipment instructions and booking updates

. Liaise with vendors eg, DG specialist, fumigation, marine insurance, etc

. Prepare job sheets for Operations to follow up

. Check shipments status / uplift

. Job costing

. Resolve problems when they crop up

Requirements:

• Preferably at least 1 year relevant experience in freight forwarding/logistics
• Fresh diploma/degree graduates are welcomed, we provide training
• Self-motivated and possess a positive customer-oriented mind set
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Good team player
