Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing prompt and professional support.

  • Build meaningful relationships and become a trusted partner to our customers.

  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up until the customer is 100% satisfied.

  • Tackle customer feedback and complaints with confidence, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.

  • Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery and exceed customer expectations.

  • Manage quotations, orders, and fulfilment like a pro!

  • Play a key role in customer retention programs, keeping our customers happy and engaged.

  • Track and assist in collections related to department revenue.

  • Stay on top of billing, filing, and other admin duties - because details matter!

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or higher qualification, with 3-4 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar field.
