Overview
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Customer Service Officer to join our team on a 6‑month contract. This role supports day‑to‑day sales coordination and logistics activities, ensuring timely order processing and excellent customer service for both local and overseas customers.
Requirements
- GCE O / A Level or above
- A passionate, responsible, and well‑organised professional with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Available to work from May onwards
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and arrange deliveries and shipments for local and overseas customers
- Process sales orders, handle customer enquiries, and prepare quotations and sales confirmations
- Liaise with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment

- Working hours : 8 :30am to 5 :30pm (Mon - Fri)
