Assist customers with menu information, reservations and order enquiries
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
Ensure excellent customer experience across all channels
Process and coordinate catering orders, delivery orders and bulk orders
Liaise with kitchen teams, outlets and delivery partners to ensure smooth fulfilment
Track order status and proactively update customers
Assist with corporate catering enquiries and event orders
Support the sales team in preparing quotations and order confirmations
Upsell menu items and recommend suitable packages to customers
Maintain accurate order records in POS or internal systems
Support promotional campaigns and seasonal menu launches
Assist with administrative tasks related to customer orders
1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality or F&B
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
Comfortable using WhatsApp, POS systems and Google Workspace
Good organisational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in restaurant operations or catering
Familiar with food delivery platforms
Experience handling corporate clients or event orders
