Job Description

Team Development & Leadership

  • Act as an effective change leader, guiding and motivating the team through periods of change with confidence and positivity

  • Coach, develop, and mentor team members to build capabilities, enhance performance, and deliver strong business results

  • Oversee and manage leave applications to ensure smooth team operations and adequate coverage

Customer-Centric Excellence

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service by upholding and enforcing company service standards

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, either directly or through the sales team

  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, driving timely and effective resolutions

Operational & Product Excellence

  • Build and maintain a high level of product knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and product developments

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of all activities related to customer order processing

  • Participate actively in internal meetings, training sessions, and workshops

  • Continuously review existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
