Job Description:

The Customer Service Manager leads the Customer Service team to ensure effective support for Sales Managers and Global MNC accounts, delivering highservice standards and operational efficiency. The role focuses on customersatisfaction, service performance, cross-functional coordination, andcontinuous improvement to support business growth following job responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Customer Service team supporting Sales and Global MNC accounts
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and service KPIs
  • Coordinate closely with import and export operations for timely shipment execution
  • Align customer expectations with internal service capabilities
  • Liaise with overseas offices and agents on shipment activities
  • Support Sales with client engagement, pricing, and business development initiatives
  • Investigate service issues and drive corrective actions
  • Prepare service performance and management reports


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding and shipping operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on in approach
  • Able to work under pressure and manage urgent shipments when required
