Process customer orders accurately and follow up from order receipt through to successful delivery.
Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, warehouse team, and drivers to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
Plan and schedule deliveries efficiently, ensuring delivery commitments are met.
Liaise closely with the Warehouse Manager on stock availability, picking schedules, loading arrangements, and delivery planning.
Monitor order status and proactively update customers on delivery schedules, delays, or changes.
Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
Coordinate with suppliers and transport providers when required to support operational requirements.
Verify delivery documents, invoices, and receipts to ensure accuracy and proper record keeping.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, deliveries, invoices, and inventory transactions in the system.
Assist in monitoring inventory movement and coordinate replenishment requirements with the warehouse team.
Handle administrative duties including data entry, filing, document control, and report preparation.
Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and quality standards.
Support month-end closing activities relating to sales and delivery documentation.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Minimum GCE O Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Relevant experience in Customer Service, Logistics Coordination, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or Construction Materials Industry preferred.
Familiarity with drywall, ceiling, partition, or construction materials will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
English (spoken and written)
Mandarin (spoken and written) - to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
