- Handle walk-in customer enquiries and requests related to insurance policies and services
- Provide timely support and follow up on unresolved issues
- Manage customer feedback, appeals, and general service enquiries professionally
- Deliver a positive customer experience and ensure service standards are met
- Support various customer service channels and operational activities when required
- Assist with projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned
- May be required to support different service locations when needed
