Primary Duties
. Order Management
. Receives, verifies and processes orders from customers utilizing the organization's internal computer and applications systems
. Renders support to sales team in response to customers RFQ.
. Reviews contractual requirements between Wieland and customers.
. Facilitates specification review and quality claims related matters.
. Initiates and coordinates actions necessary for response to customers change requests.
. Performs maintenance of orders & customer information files and communicates changes to appropriate personnel & departments.
. Ensures the correct products reach customers at the right place, right time and right quantity.
. Ensures compliances to internal controls and audit requirements when processing orders
. Maintains relevant documentation and departmental records (paper & electronic).
. Interfaces with internal departments, Wieland entities and agents to resolve a variety of order related issues.
. Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
. Cultivates and maintains on going customers relationships.
. Prepares periodical and ad hoc reports as and when requested / required.
. Undertakes ad hoc assignments
Inventory Management
. Takes responsibility to optimize overall stock and control customer inventory levels
Logistics Management
. Handle LCL, FCL, Air and cross-border trucking bookings
. Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure all outbound shipments are booked on time.
Shipping Claim Management
. Process shipping damage claims
. Coordinate with internal stake holders to complete all necessary documents required.
. Investigate the root cause and consolidate non-conformity report
. Process claim settlement
Others
. Provides backup to assigned tasks / internal teams
. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Secondary Duties
. Mentor new join and provide guidance and training.
. Assist in internal and external audits.
. Participates in cross functional meetings, discussions and projects.
. Assist in resolving system and SAP related issues.
. Participates in and initiates system improvements and process re-engineering.
. Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Mandatory Requirements
. Minimum Diploma preferably in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration
. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the manufacturing industry
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Powerpoint
. Good written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
. Able to communicate with customers effectively
. Good problem-solving skill & conflict management
. Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Additional Requirements
. Ability to negotiate LC preferred
. Shipping knowledge
. Proficiency in SAP
