. Provide introductory information about the company and its products and services to new customers
. Respond to customer inquiries
. Advise customers on products or services to best suit their specific requirements
. Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for their acceptance.
. Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling job related documents to ensure that customer requirements are met.
. Prepare delivery orders and other relevant documents.
. Communicate all necessary job requirements clearly and efficiently to other stakeholders to ensure that customers requirements/instructions are addressed.
. Resolve customers concerns, if any.
. Build and maintain long term business relationship with new and existing customers
Requirements:
. Minimally 2 years of working experience, with experiences handling container shipment.
. Prior customer service or sales coordinator experience will be an advantage
. Preferably with knowledge for import and export shipments
. Experience in logistics industry will be an advantage
. Friendly and welcoming disposition
. Has initiative, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
. Good command of written and verbal English
. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
