Responsibilitites:
- Process and follow up customers orders efficiently and accurately
- Provides sales support including problem solving and quotations to customers
- Liaise and sourcing for the cargo space with different carriers
- Communicates with overseas offices, carriers and vendors to support timely receipt, cargo clearance and delivery of shipments
- Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer's shipments
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement
- Coordinate with Import/Export Operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and billing
- Others Ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry
- Knowledge in both Sea Freight & Air Freight will be added advantage
- Pleasant personality with positive working attitude
- High degree of initiative
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task, work independently and handle high volume of transactions in a fast paced environment
- Consistent and ready to work on a long term basis with a view to career advancement
