Job Description

Responsibilitites:

  • Process and follow up customers orders efficiently and accurately
  • Provides sales support including problem solving and quotations to customers
  • Liaise and sourcing for the cargo space with different carriers
  • Communicates with overseas offices, carriers and vendors to support timely receipt, cargo clearance and delivery of shipments
  • Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer's shipments
  • Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement
  • Coordinate with Import/Export Operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and billing
  • Others Ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

  • Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry
  • Knowledge in both Sea Freight & Air Freight will be added advantage
  • Pleasant personality with positive working attitude
  • High degree of initiative
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task, work independently and handle high volume of transactions in a fast paced environment
  • Consistent and ready to work on a long term basis with a view to career advancement
