Job Summary
This entry-level role supports customer enquiries and retail transactions while learning to handle premium merchandise and collectible products in a structured, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email to provide timely and accurate assistance
- Deliver precise product and pricing information to support informed customer decisions
- Process sales transactions, including order entry and payment handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Perform administrative tasks such as service follow-ups, exchanges, and maintaining documentation to support customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details for reporting and reference
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to communicate clearly in English proficiency in Chinese is advantageous for customer interactions in relevant contexts
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
